Clean satisfies extremely high hygiene requirements
To satisfy the stringent requirements governing the handling of foodstuffs and pharmaceuticals, Clean bags are manufactured in strictly controlled, cleanroom conditions. Heat processes are used to cut and prepare all fabrics and all flaps are folded outwards, thereby minimizing the risk of contamination. Using Clean bags allows bulk products to be handled and stored without ever compromising quality or safety.
As a rule, the bags in the Clean series satisfy the following specifications:
- Manufactured according to current international standards for the handling of foodstuffs.
German standard BGVV Emf. III; European standard EU90//128EEC; American FDA Regulation (21 CFR 177.1520 polyolefins, etc.) - Manufactured under clean-room conditions. (European standard HACCP)
- All product components are heat cut.
- No overlaps inside the bags.
- Meticulous final cleaning and quality control.
For more complex applications, we can assist you by fitting Clean bags with aluminised inner-liners, or by combining the properties of Clean with those of other bags in our range – for example, the anti-static properties of Stat.
